Johnny was born and raised in San Diego, CA. He grew up by the beach, loves the beach and cannot live without the beach. He used to get into all sorts of trouble with his juvenile decision making skills but has since then improved very slightly. After graduating from UCLA with a $40,000 degree and spending some time in England coaching and playing lacrosse, he has moved back to the city he so very loves and enjoys spending his time with friends, the beach, his dog and taking on new challenges that come his way.
Johnny has a passion for traveling to other countries, experiencing other cultures and visiting places that are lesser known. This desire for adventure was implanted during his youth when his father would take him on many business trips to different places all over the world. In his more recent past adventures of young adulthood, he has found himself in some interesting situations such as being alone in a snowed in mountain cave in Switzerland trying not to freeze to death…and trying to outrun Africans to a ship dock in Morocco (while holding his U.S. Passport in hand) because they were following him all day.
Meanwhile in Puerto Rico…
The purpose of this blog is to document some of the interesting things that happen in Johnny’s life. It seems like he always has a story to tell and a thing or two to share….but whether you care or not is a different issue.
He also recently completed a 100 Thing Challenge in 2011 to help simplify his lifestyle.
In the meantime, I hope you enjoy the blog…and I have nothing else to say partially because it is weird typing about myself in the third person.
Thanks for reading!
