Jeremy Lin. Taiwan. And The NBA
This is my obligatory post on Jeremy Lin because I am Taiwanese as well.
Here are a few reasons why Jeremy Lin should start:
Sales. The Knicks will pretty much have the entire island of Taiwan buying his jersey.
Taiwan. He is the first full Taiwanese player in the NBA. He also looks like brother in high school and a few of my other cousins.
Smarts. Lin knows what to do with the ball. He has great timing in attacking, pulling back, feeding the post or sending it over the top to Chandler for the throw down. And the kid went to Harvard (probably the reason why he was so eloquent in his post game interview) and probably has a better SAT score than the entire Knicks team combined.
Teacher. He took Deron Williams to school. That was pretty embarrassing.
And that is all I have to say about Jeremy Lin.
